Refund policy
We have a 3-day Exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange with the courier to collect your new package from us so when they reach you, the exchange can be done smoothly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as intamite products like swimwear and Lingerie. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to message us within the first 3-days of delivery so we can arrange the exchange.
Restocking & Delivery Fee A restocking fee of 15% is charged for all exchanges and returns. Please note the customer is also responsible for the delivery fee for all returns and exchanges.
Refunds
To facilitate timely processing of refunds, customers are required to submit their banking details via WhatsApp. Although payment may have been made via Cash on Delivery, all funds collected by the courier are deposited directly into our bank account. As such, all refunds are issued through bank transfer only.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the bank account provided. Please note refunds will not include any delivery fee which may have been paid.
